All stock on the website is “ex-demo” and “used/personal goods” unless otherwise stated and have no manufacturer warranty. Returns are not accepted for change of mind, but if something is not working correctly, I will refund or exchange it for something after the return has been completed.
Express Post
I ship everything via express post within Australia and Air Mail overseas. Shipping is fast and reliable and for expensive items like cameras or high-end lenses, I add a signature on delivery option to ensure it gets where it needs to go and is not left in a mail box or doorstep unattended. Delivery time to Metro areas is 1-2 business days (excludes weekends and public holidays). Non-metro areas will take up to 1 week. Everything is shipped the same or next day at the very latest with tracking provided at the time the goods leave the house.
Shipping Returns Back
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address listed on your order (or contact me if unavailable)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We donโt guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Refunds are given at times where something is either lost or damaged in shipping. This rarely happens, but don’t stress, I have you covered.
