Panasonic Lumix S 20mm F2.5 Prime Lens – Perfect for Lumix S9?

I had a chance to test out the new Panasonic Lumix S 20mm F2.5 prime lens on my Lumix S9 ahead of launch. Joining the 18-40mm zoom and 40mm F2, this is the third entry in Panasonic’s compact prime/zoom series.

While optical performance isn’t as premium as larger S-series primes like the 18mm F1.8 or 24mm F1.8 (you’ll see more vignetting and focus breathing), its ultralight form factor and price point make it a compelling option for travel, street photography, and casual vlogging.
